I built StratFIT because I kept seeing the same problem in rooms that should have known better. Smart people. Capable teams. Broken execution. Not because the strategy was wrong — because the judgement wasn't trained for the load.
I sit at the intersection of board-level governance, organisational design, and human behaviour under pressure. I understand systems and nervous systems. I've led transformation, rebuilt operating models, and asked the question that most people avoid: why do capable people make poor decisions under pressure?
StratFIT is the answer I couldn't find anywhere else. So I built it.
You can have the sharpest leaders, the most connected system, and the smartest architecture — but if people don't feel it, don't believe in it, don't see themselves in it, it's just infrastructure.
