Robine Stephenson

Founder of StratFIT. Strategist. And according to the people who've sat in the room with her — someone who has very much found her purpose.

Robine has spent 20+ years working alongside CEOs, executives, and frontline leaders across government, corporate, and consulting environments in Australia and internationally.

She created StratFIT because she saw the same problem everywhere: organisations that could articulate their strategy but couldn't execute it. Not because they were incompetent — because they'd never been given a place to train.
